PROGRAM 'SENTULKIDZ ENGLISH MANIA' SEKOLAH WILAYAH SENTUL 2018


Pada 6 September 2018, Puteri Jelita St. Mary telah menyertai PROGRAM 'SENTULKIDZ ENGLISH MANIA' SEKOLAH WILAYAH SENTUL 2018 yang diadakan di Kidzania Mutiara Damansara. Sebanyak 4 buah bas tiba di pekarangan SK St. Mary untuk membawa serama 160 orang Puteri Jelita ke Kidzania.

Berikut merupakan detik - detik yang sempat dirakam oleh lensa guru.


 Murid - murid bersama kumpulan mereka sedang mengira jumlah wang yang dimilikki oleh mereka. Dalam situasi ini, murid - murid mengaplikasikan ilmu matematik mereka bersama rakan.

 Murid - murid juga mempelajari cara - cara untuk mendaftarkan akaun bank Kidzania dan memasukkan sejumlah wang ke dalam akaun Kidzania mereka. Situasi ini dapat menyemai amalan menabung dalam kehidupan seharian murid.














 We believe that role-play for children has very positive development benefits that would prepare children to understand and manage themselves. By incorporating role-play into our simulated real-life occupations, children get to have fun and enjoy their educational experience, while developing self-esteem, creativity, independence and a sense of personal empowerment.








 Aktiviti membina keyakinan diri murid. Acara memanjat dinding atau dikenali sebagai wall climbing turut disediakan oleh pihak Kidzania.



























Learn While You Play
 

KidZania Kuala Lumpur is a safe and interactive edutainment centre where children can experience the world of adults in a replica of a real city. In KidZania Kuala Lumpur, there are no rides and no arcade games. Instead, there are various role-play activities specifically designed to aid physical and intellectual growth. Through ‘role-playing’, children become more aware of the realities of the actual world.

The diverse learning experiences of KidZania Kuala Lumpur will benefit children in their life at school, home or when they are out with friends. The various professions children can experience fall under several categories: Media, Arts and Culture, Retail, Private and Public Services, Sports, Food and Beverage, Construction and many more. Many school activities can be derived from the visit, including homework, research projects, exhibition of works and more.

KidZania Kuala Lumpur offers a host of activities that will keep children not only entertained for hours, but will also make them more aware of the realities of the adult world. This makes KidZania Kuala Lumpur a unique educational city which stimulates creative thinking and boosts self-esteem and self-confidence levels.






Educational Value

KidZania Kuala Lumpur offers experiential learning at its best. Children are encouraged to broaden their horizons and learn how to be self-sufficient and develop their own initiative to excel in the role-playing activities that we have created. Our unique approach to learning allows children to explore, aspire and to achieve. By immersing them into our simulated real-life occupations, they are encouraged to be reactive, learn the inner workings of an occupation and understanding financial aspects of earning a living.

As a themed learning centre, we have since been certified as a co-curricular partner with the Ministry of Education Malaysia to collaborate on creating learning and teaching modules for both children and teachers. For example, children will learn to enhance their vocabulary in English apart from picking up essential skills at KidZania. It is our goal to increase literacy amongst children by using our experiential learning as a catalyst to encourage the curiosity of learning.
